Can I return my order?
You can request a refund by sending an email to support@fustto.com. Returns are only accepted within 14-days after receiving the order and if it applies to our Refund Policy.
How long does the shipping take?
Füstto sends out your order as fast as possible. Normally this is done within 24 hours after your order on our website.
We only ship letterbox packages with PostNL. In the Netherlands shipping takes 1-2 working days after the order has been sent. For the rest of the EU, shipping takes 2-4 working days after the order has been sent.

You can always view the size chart on all products.
Care
You can find the care instructions on every product page, in the description.
For most of our products:
- Do not tumble dry
- Do not iron
- Do not bleach
- Wash at a maximum of 30° Celsius (inside out)

How do I cancel my order?
You can cancel your order, unless your order has already been processed or shipped. Send an email to support@fustto.com as soon as possible.
I received a damaged or defective product?
Has your order arrived brokend broken or defective? Please let us know. We will send you a new product or you can request a refund.

I've received an incorrect item in my order?
Unfortunately, we make mistakes too. Please send an email to support@fustto.com so we can together come to a solution. We will send out a new product or you can request a refund.
